A week ago Sweden had 10,122 and 590 deaths. A week later they have 13,822 cases and 1500 deaths.

Where are you getting these data?

My bad. I was referencing the post of xavierj (see above) who said they went from 590 to 1500 deaths in one week.
If that was incorrect, I apologize for not checking the numbers before I commented.

Edit: using the website you referenced, they tripled in about 12 days; from 4/6 to 4/18 they went from 477 to 1,511. Again, I hope Ohio doesn't have that sort of increase in such a short time.
