I keep looking. We put on 145% tariff. China responds with 125% tariff.
We retreat to 30%. Consumers will eat it.

Is anyone surprised? I’m curious if Trump’s EO only applies to Medicare, or if it’s all prescriptions. I’m not sure he can force the pharmaceutical companies to change what they charge the insurance companies or PBMs.

20% of the 30% tariffs are for Chinas failure to curb fentanyl. I’ll let you decide if it’s worth a try and good for Americans. Me, a reduction in overdoses is worth a shot and relative small price to pay.
