My "group" watched in horror as insurrectionists and now convicted seditionists stormed the seat of our government that afternoon, and attempted to stop the peaceful transfer of power, threatening the lives of our elected representatives.

Now we have a new threat to peace in our streets. Wonder if things will (hopefully) be like New York arraignment, when everyone ignored him.
    Hope so.

What Trump supposedly did (or not do) in New York is penny-ante stuff compared to what he's facing in this round of charges in federal court, albeit with a friendly Trump-appointed judge that has currently been assigned to the case. If more people show up to demonstrate tomorrow, then it's likely a silent admission that they know he screwed up big-time.

I know AD Fani Willis isn't taking chances in Georgia; Trump will likely be charged in August for criminial activity in Georgia. She's already warning officials there to be ready for potential trouble.

Do you believe that all of these charges (New York, Florida, Georgia) are politically motivated?

First of all, the state of Florida isn't going after Trump - the feds are going after him. It just happens to be the District of South Florida that has jurisdiction here.

But to answer the question, the closest to being politically motivated (and even here I would say no) would be the New York case. What WAS politically motivated was Trump's first impeachment trial over the withholding of aid to Ukraine. Democrats were just looking for any excuse to impeach at that point. The second impeachment should have been a slam-dunk removal from office, but at that point the Senate was too polarized to do that.

As Barr pointed out, if Trump did half of what has been charged he is toast. Sounds like he’s been his worst nightmare in this process. However when politicians leave office, we need a more orderly process.

As for the NY case, it’s completely politicized IMO. Reason is the Feds completely passed on the case and Bragg campaigned to indict Trump.

If the Trump Russia investigation wasn’t such crap, people (supporters) might feel differently about his current predicament. I would hope.

He was in office for the 2nd Impeachment being voted upon.
He was out of office during the trial in the Senate.
...he went up late, and I was already up there.

Convicting him of impeachment would have permanently DQ'd him from running for President again.

As far as I know, even being convicted on the charges he'd be facing tomorrow would not DQ him from running again (potentially invoking the 14th Amendment, for example).
