Biden is selling subscriptions to the Cincinnati Enquirer now? That's cruel even for Biden!

I assume this link relates to Biden's weed pardon, which seems like a good thing. Not one who partakes myself, but some on this board seem like they could use some to mellow out a bit.

Good points, and with the concentration of people in urban areas, statistics like what you note will occur for sure.
Even more so when large swaths of the city are depressed economically, which is certainly the case in New Orleans.
Overall the state went Republican 58.5% to 40%. So you do have to look at the totality of the population, and the results, also.

And which party’s fault is it that “large swaths of the city are economically depressed”?
New Orleans has not had a Republican mayor for 152 Years !!!!
