Deflection? Do you understand simple math?
Why should I respond about Vietnam? Were you alive then? Did you serve? In 2020, per capita murder rates were 40% higher in states won by Donald Trump than those won by Joe Biden.
8 of the 10 states with the highest murder rates in 2020 voted for the Republican presidential nominee in every election this century.
How about retracting your nonsense about Joe Biden closing down Nord Stream 2 when it was the German government that didn't certify it after the Russian invasion? You post something clearly in error and aren't man enough to own up to it.

Biden takes money out of hard working people’s pockets:
https://nypost.com/2022/10/06/americ...s-under-biden/
And now because of his ludicrous energy policy, he’s asking for help from VENEZUELA! A country whose citizens are abandoning it FOR THE US in droves.
What a disaster of an administration!

* yes, deflection, and even more deflection, and you know it. This is why NO ONE on this board takes you seriously....
* Yes, it's far more likely that Biden blew up Nord Stream than it was for Russia to blow up their own pipeline which they controlled - Biden's on video admitting that he would do it. What more evidence do you need? Blinken's statement post fact indicates that it was a good thing that it happened - more evidence!
Your guy started this damn war, and he has massive blood on his hands!
German certification, blah, blah, blah - that has nothing to do with this issue - more deflection. Do you have the ability to stay on topic - like ever?
What possible justification is there for America getting involved in this war? The "domino theory"? Wasn't that debunked as total BS after Vietnam? I'm sure you knew it was total BS at the time, but now you're all gung-ho about killing people based on basically the same flawed theory.
P.S.: "Why should I respond about Vietnam? Were you alive then? Did you serve?" What the hell does this have to do with anything? This is just more deflection - is it literally impossible for you to focus on the topic at hand?

Yes, Louisiana has a murder rate overall of 15.8/100k in 2020. That leads the nation. And Louisiana went for Trump in 2020. So your statement isn't incorrect.
On the other hand, New Orleans has a murder rate of 41/100k, which I think we'd all agree tends to skew Louisiana's overall rate upwards. In the 2020 Presidential election, Orleans Parish, which includes New Orleans, voted 83% for Biden and 15% for Trump.

Good points, and with the concentration of people in urban areas, statistics like what you note will occur for sure.
Even more so when large swaths of the city are depressed economically, which is certainly the case in New Orleans.
Overall the state went Republican 58.5% to 40%. So you do have to look at the totality of the population, and the results, also....he went up late, and I was already up there.

Me personally, would love to see more detailed murder stats. I mean regular murders vs bad guys killing other bad guys. Other than collateral casualties to innocent people, does anyone here really care if these animals kill each other? Trial or incarceration funds not necessary for the dead bad guys.... win win for decent taxpayers.
