This is a sincere question as you should know from my post history on this topic. What do the hospitalization and death numbers look like in Israel? Are they on the rise as well? So far it seems the vaccines reduce hospitalization and deaths, even if they don’t prevent infection and spread (at least of the Delta variant). If those numbers start to move up, yikes!

The vaccine does appear prevent infections and transmission with Delta, especially with a booster:

The CDC 4+ decades later - has anything changed? Are there lessons we didn't learn?
"This is a report done by Mike Wallace of 60 Minutes in 1979 about the rushed-to-market Swine Flu vaccine of 1976, and shows how the CDC cannot be trusted for truthful vaccine information.
They lied to the American people, resulting in hundreds of people suffering from neurological disorders like Guillain–Barré syndrome who tried to sue the government for damages. More people died from the vaccine than from the Swine Flu. The vaccine was pulled from the market.
Not only did the CDC approve this vaccine without even valid testing proving that the Swine Flu existed, they ran media campaigns claiming many famous people took the shot.
One of them, Mary Tyler Moore, is interviewed by Wallace and she stated that she never took the shot even though CDC propaganda advertising said she did. She had serious doubts about the shot, and even rejected her doctor's advice to get it, which he later allegedly told her he was glad she did not take his advice once all the information about the experimental shots were known."
I highly encourage you all to watch this:

To the anti-covid vaccine crusaders:
The virus is still out there and will continue to mutate due to you... the virus has an opportunity to replicate because there are large amounts of susceptible hosts (non-vaxxers).

Pretty much, yeah. It's human nature. During the Black Plague people tried all sorts of things to ward off the virus. The flagellants went from town to town beating themselves bloody in an effort to appease the vengeful God that they believe inflicted the Plague upon them. We are in a situation that feels out of our control, so we look for ways to control it. Some choose to do so with vaccines and masks, other choose Ivermectin and HCQ. Others choose to deny the premise by downplaying the severity of the virus (that happened during the plague, too).
Personally, I'm going to go with the opinion of the scientific community since I believe that to be the most likely scenario to be correct based on past events. Others choose differently.Eat Donuts!

Well it looks like everyone in Florida and the rest of the Deep South has radically changed their behaviors in the last couple weeks, as daily cases and hospitalizations have been plummeting. Or, it could be that seasonality thing…
Buckle up friends in the Northeast and Midwest. Enjoy your mini preview right now, because it’s gonna get rough in a couple months."...treat 'em with respect, or get out of the Gym!"
