That's pretty much what we're doing. We just did the one thing Israel can't after Israel created the opportunity.

We've been bombing the shit out of the Houthis already. That's basically Iran. There was, I guess, a more obvious US interest at stake there.

As to retaliation. We’ve dealing with that since the WTO protests in the early 2000s. I get why you’re scared as the previous Pres let about 20M people into the Country without any verification. What could possibly go wrong?

It was also kind of cute that Iran lobbed 14 missiles over to Qatar....after telling the Qataris (which was the same as telling the US) so that they would be sure to be shot down.
