Trump is playing a dangerous game of brinkmanship with these tariffs. He needs the other side to flinch. I am hoping these are all the eggs that need breaking to make this amazing omelet. He is going to certainly hurt a lot of people doing it.
I agree with Xville's earlier post about the single job household of 50+ years ago vs. the two job household of today. Mine is a single job, we make it work but my austerity of the past before I was married led me to a point today where my house will be paid off in two months. Many didn't do what I did, didn't get lucky, or just can't due to circumstances they can't control.
Edit: Not humblebragging at all, also debt free of cars. That helps with two five year old kids. I worked hard, but got very lucky with some timely buying and a small amount of knowledge of cars to keep them running for less.Last edited by ArizonaXUGrad; 03-13-2025 at 08:38 PM.

On the bright side. It looks like a deal is happening on Ukraine, we’re realizing energy literally drives the World and Go was correct on markets.
That said, Let’s Go X!
I’ll be sweating it out with the rest of us on Sun.
