- the court unseals documents that show even AFTER the FBI search, Trump's attorneys turned over more top secret docs MONTHS after the search
- these included ones found in Trump's bedroom
- on the same day, to deflect attention away from this ongoing lawbreaking, Trump says FBI came to his house to "take me out"
- sycophants repeat his claim and FOX feeds it to it's watchers
- FBI releases copy of instructions...the same one it uses for any search by it's agents
- FBI notes they conducted search on day they knew Trump was out of town
- they came in plain clothes to not alarm the guests

Net result...deflection nonsense works on large part of population despite facts of the case.
Rather than being amazed at the continued lawbreaking of a former president, and efforts to hide documents...people are focused on nonsense claim about FBI.

You know damn well this is - at best (for you) - a very grey area of the law (declassification, Presidential Records Act).

Moreover, we would take you and your lib buddies (on this board, in the media) much more seriously if you believed in equal protection under the law, and showed the same amount of outrage when your side commits the same "crimes". Though the law concerning the president is grey (at best) the pedophile in the Whitehouse was a VP and a Senator when he stole classified docs, which is clearly a felony. Why do you libs give him a pass?

With regards to FBI standards on raids (as if they actually needed to do this to a former prez), I'll believe US Senators, Constitutional Clerks, and former AGs, FBI and Secret Service agents over the pathological liars in Joe Biden's DOJ any and every day.

As opposed to actively seeking to keep them, lying in responding to requests, hiding them, causing attorneys to lie on his behalf, having more documents discovered MONTHS after a search conducted, having an attorney not being allowed to claim privilege because of an exception involving crimes?

Hard to imagine one couldn't see the difference...but seemingly some can't.

Hilarious, you mention Pence, but ignore the obvious crimes committed by Hillary and Biden.

Again, you obviously don't understand the law. It really doesn't matter at this point, because it's looking increasingly likely that the case is going to be tossed. Moreover, your boy Jack Smith is coming under legal scrutiny.

BTW:

* If the FBI was so meticulous in following standard protocol, why did they stage photos of the "crime scene"?

* If Jack Smith's case was so 100% tight, why did he tamper with evidence?
