No. He was in a courtesy player vehicle, which are very clearly marked, following others doing the exact same thing. Typical cop on a power trip.

If the Valhalla owners and the mayor have any sense, they will get the charges dropped quickly and quietly.

It’s nothing about being “above the law.” If you are in a player Courtney vehicle and you have a morning tee time, there are exceptions to a rule. If you miss your tee time, you are dq’d. What facts are you looking for? It makes the police department and the city look stupid, again. The city refuses to get out of its own way.

Are you serious? You think you get to drive into the median and around a fatal accident scene because you're a fucking golfer? That a courtesy car gives you carte blanche to roll on for 10 or 20 yards when a police officer is literally holding on for dear life attached to your car?

He had time to get arrested, taken downtown, booked and bailed out, and he's still going to make his tee time. He had some time. He wasn't in danger of missing anything.
