Don’t be silly, Willie and Lou know FAR more than the Mayo Clinic! Lou is an expert at posting links to “real science”, not the quacks at the Mayo Clinic. :-)
My wife’s doctor once told her that if you want to do any internet research regarding medical issues, the Mayo Clinic sites offer the most reliable info you can get on the internet. She even traveled across the state to have surgery at a Mayo facility to get the best care possible.

Yes, twitter provides nothing of value. This compilation of data demonstrating COVID-19 is following a seasonality pattern long established in the field of epidemiology by Hope-Simpson is lending no value to understanding the natural spread of the disease. Why would we want to know that?

3,000 died today. You can cherry pick regions if it makes you happy:

No they didn’t. 3,000 deaths were REPORTED yesterday. The deaths occurred days, weeks or even months ago. And those deaths were counted based on the CDC criteria revised in April 2020. But you knew that already from watching CNN.
Did you even open much less scan what I posted? It has nothing to do with “cherry-picking”. It shows trends in reported cases by US region, demonstrating the seasonality of the virus. This understanding could be great information about policy mankind decisions, based on the timing of the natural spread. Better understanding of such things (and this is not a new principle) would lead to an optimal balance of minimizing spread and collateral damage.
But why would we want to do that?"...treat 'em with respect, or get out of the Gym!"

Are you actually serious?
Because none of that shit is fact checked or peer reviewed. It doesn't make it wrong, but it does make it questionable. Also - they almost always have a clear agenda. Looking through the history of the feed you linked to, it's pretty obvious what their agenda is. The account was created in May of 2020, right after COVID hit. All posts are about COVID, and all posts are related to the same theme. Every single post is cherry picked data about how COVID deaths are over-counted or masks and social distancing don't work. Many of the posts contain charts that were clearly created in Excel and are un-sourced. He's retweeting things like 'the freedom foundation' and 'el gato malo'
If it confirms your bias it seems great to you, and you post ad nauseum links to it and encourage people to 'open their eyes', but you are applying a completely different standard of proof to information that confirms your bias than you are information that conflicts with it. On one side, we have nearly every Doctor and peer-reviewed Medical publication. On the other side we have PLC's twitter feed.
In general science should strive to be based on objective analysis of data. I don't see how you could make a claim that the twitter feed above is objective. But yeah, let's continue to get our news from places where all we know about them is three initials and a picture of a bird. Open your eyes, Sheeple!Eat Donuts!
