This is actually something that both sides should be able to agree on!! SUE THE MEDIA!! Don't just call them fake. Actually sue them!

Instead of worrying about anonymous sources and getting them on the stand, why not just sue Michael Cohen.

He's put it all in writing.

Or Mary Trump, or etc.,etc.,etc.

I would LOVE it if he did it! I would also love it if the major media organizations dared him to do it. Run an op-ed daring the president to stop calling them fake news and to actually sue them.

I think that I have, but I also don't want to just jump to that conclusion. I'm completely willing to give him the benefit of the doubt if he actually is willing to try and take actual legal action against the media. He hasn't so far. He sued Bill Maher for claiming his real father was really an orangutan in a standup bit that was an obvious farce, but he's not willing to take legal action against the media for (falsely?) claiming he took a dump on our servicemen? That just doesn't make any sense.

If he lost and the RNC refused to pay, he would probably just stiff the lawyers anyway which is his usual business practice.

Well this is an interesting twist: Trump is leading Biden among Latinos in Miami-Dade. That may allow Trump to avoid getting blown out there, and if he does that he probably wins Florida. Cuban-Americans favor Trump by a 38 point margin.

Here's the thing this year - Trump could win Florida, Georgia and North Carolina and that still might not be enough. If he were to hang onto Arizona and win the above states (while losing Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania) - that could end up as a 269-269 electoral tie, assuming that Maine's 4 EVs all go to Biden and Nebraska's 5 EVs all go to Trump.

If that happens, hello lawsuits!

Trump is going to win. He's running against the Democrats. The Democrats are like all of the pro sports teams in the state of Ohio. They'll blow it. No matter how much it looks like they should win, they won't.
