If (and that's a big IF) the story on Trump calling dead soldiers losers and suckers is false, then I don't really blame Trump on this one. It's her magazine, and she's quite clearly a Biden supporter.

I would agree with that, except that it's been independently corroborated by the AP, CNN and Fox.
So IF it's false, someone has roped a bunch of people into the story.

It HASN'T been corroborated. There have been multiple people come out ON THE RECORD to say he never said those things. Those people were with him the entire day.

The ONLY ones saying he DID say those things are anonymous sources.

I wish the people would go on the record, but understand why they don't. These allegations aren't crimes.
They are merely reflections of the lack of fitness of Trump to be the commander-in-chief.
Why lose your job and chosen career in the military or civil service over this guy. Hopefully he'll be gone soon.

If the situations were criminal, I'd hope people would have the strength to speak up.

There are numerous stories of how Trump has been nothing but gracious and sympathetic towards the families of fallen soldiers. This story is a hit piece 60 days out from an election. You really think we wouldn't have heard about this sooner had he really said these things?

On the other hand, John Kerry DID call American soldiers and military leaders war criminals and accused them of genocide during Vietnam.
