There really aren't, though. So far, I think there is credible evidence he might have been kind of a jerk in high school. Based on people going through his yearbook.

No. They are being dismissed because the burden of proof lies with the accusers, not Kavanaugh. Look, I dont know if this guy did anything he is being accused of or not, but just because someone says something happened, shouldn't constitute there being "substantial questions of his character."

Investigate them all, let the cards fall where they may when they testify to the findings in front of Congress. I have no issue with that. Kavanaugh is up for the a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land, he should be open to that as well.

I agree...I have no problem with the FBI doing an investigation. I'm so sick and tired of politicians and the games they continue to play...we need term limits and to outlaw lobbyists. That would clean out a lot of the issues we currently have in our government.

Well it's good I didn't say they were credible then. I'm not arguing if it's right or wrong. There are questions and Trump's reasoning for not investigating and McConnell's reasoning for a Friday vote is it's a smear job. If their defense was more like yours than a conspiracy theorist's, they'd be better off.
