The final season of Dexter made me embarrassed to be a part of mankind. Truly the worst season of any TV show I've ever been invested in.

I started Twin Peaks this weekend. So far, I'm digging it and all of its weirdness.

I'm enjoying a lot of the British series. I like the shorter seasons and tighter story lines. I recently watched both seasons of "The Fall" which was co-produced by Netflix and the BBC.

I'm 3 seasons deep on the X Files and loving it. No surprise there...just 150 more episodes to watch.

Yea, I actually decided to give it a try after hearing about Showtime picking it up. I had always heard it was a popular cult classic short-lived show, and I like the whodunnit types, so my brother and I started watching it. Not remotely what I was expecting but I'm liking it a lot. Seems to be quite ahead of its time in several regards as well, which I can also appreciate.

Finished all 6 available seasons of Mad Men, season 7 should come available sometime soon then I'll watch the final season on AMC this spring. I like it, wasnt sure at first, little slow and different but I got hooked.

Started House of Cards last week, I am 3 or 4 episodes in, like it a lot and can tell its going to get even better.

Next series I think I want to watch now is West Wing. Hear great things.

Also started watching The League when my wife went to bed last night (she would not be interested and cant watch the others without her). I had seen a few episodes before but never watched it regularly.

Make sure you get Peaky Blinders and Sherlock into your rotation. Both are really good...although I'd recommend closed captioning for Peaky Blinders.

The West Wing is one of my all-time favorite series. The first 4 seasons are all around incredible, with great acting, writing, casting, etc.

I was up very early this morning while the rest of the house slept, and watched Out of the Clear Blue Sky on Netflix. It's a documentary about Cantor Fitzgerald, the company that had the top 4 floors of the North World Trade Tower. I vaguely remember the CEO of this company, but I didn't realize that Cantor Fitz was the single entity to lose the most people on 9/11. They lost almost 700 employees on that day, twice as many people as FDNY lost. And, to make matters worse about 40% of those who died have never had any part of them recovered from the site. What I really liked about the doc was that it wasn't political. It was about the families who were left behind, the media, and the employees who - by the grace of God - weren't in the north tower that day and had to move on without their friends, family members and colleagues. I highly recommend it.

I presume you've already watched it, but if not Friday Night Lights is an absolute must-see from start to finish.

An X grad from the class of '89 who worked for CF died on 9/11, she was also pregnant with her 1st child. Beyond sad and senseless.
