Great to hear. Looking forward to having Jalen back on the team. Can't help but note the contradiction there, though. According to Shannon Russell (and others behind a pay wall) he is not yet back as a member of the team. But he's practicing. If one of you can explain how exactly that works, I'd appreciate it.
Probably just a PR snafu -- they could (and probably should) have just said he was suspended indefinitely from GAMES and dealt with the practices as they saw fit...

Agree. You can practice but not play. Seems a little weird only being suspended from games.

Wasn't he suspended from both before though? It seems like they're saying, "Okay, you can come back to practice, but you still have to earn your right to play in the next game."

Someone mentioned it on the Scout board, but I think it is likely: He has been reinstated (hence practicing) but they don't want to announce he is back until as late as possible to keep Providence "guessing".

The fact that he is practicing is a rumor? It's been reported by multiple credible sources and would have been fairly easy for some of them to substantiate based on their access to see a practice. Originally Posted by xeus
