On a very serious note, maybe this move falls a bit short on the HR scale; I doubt wholeheartedly the other 2 assistants feel as exuberant as XH members.
I have seen only two great plays: Hamlet and put the ball into the basket

I have to agree with Joe on this. Personally, I love it because D25 is back in the house, but we have spent this whole time thinking about what recruiting region is this next assistant going to bring in: DC, NY, etc. and this likely won't resonate on a national scale.
