What a kick in the nuts that is for UConn.

Would we call that the AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAC effect? ;-)

Obviously a big "What-If" but if Tremont Waters recommits to Georgetown and Trevon Duval picks Seton Hall then this conference will be absolutely loaded with the countries best young PG's. Really only Depaul and Creighton wouldn't have a legit star PG on the roster.

Kaleb Joseph transferred to Creighton and will be eligible next season.

He was a highly regarded recruit but he had two pretty underwhelming years at Syracuse. In fact, his Sophomore year was dramatically worse than his freshman year to the extent that he barely even played. Creighton fans don't even seem to think he'll start. Maybe he turns it around but I'd venture to guess that Creighton will struggle at PG all season unless they somehow land Tremont Waters who they've recently begun to recruit.

I don't think there's a chance Waters ends up at GTown. That recruitment is an absolute mess with his dad running the show. Although maybe GTown can relate to that in a way.

Crystal Ball is trending towards WKU for Waters.
For Duval, Duke is the favorite and he starts his official visit today.

I'd be shocked if either end up in the BE.

Is WKU going to be in the Final Four next year? Jesus, if Stansbury can coach at all, they should murder everyone in C-USA not named Middle Tennessee.

Ed Waters, Tremont's dad, is really something. When he committed to GTown the outside observer would have had a tough time deciding if the press conference was about Tremont or Ed.

Stansbury definitely has the highest salary cap in CUSA, that's for sure.

MTSU graduated a few of those studs that won them those tournament games. Did Shammond Williams head to G'town to be an assistant? Didn't someone mention that he was the godfather of that McDonald's guy they got?
