He does himself no favors. Continues to say and do things that would make me cringe as a fan of the program. So glad he represents them. You can also see why he isn't getting looks at jobs like IU, OSU and UL.

While there are certainly delusional UC fans that find reasons to defend Cronin, believe me, there are many many others that feel that he has taken them as far as he can and he needs to be gone. Quite frankly, they are tired of his s**t and can’t understand why he is still here. One of the main things they can’t understand is how X pulls in the recruits they do and Mick never seems to get anyone near the caliber of the X recruits. On the other hand, those that defend him point to that and claim that despite not having great recruits they still get to the Tourney and win 20+ games every year, thus “proving” what a good coach he is.

The X fan in me hopes they keep him.
