Loving this! Congrats to Paul and the whole men's team. I think this class should be special.

Just think we may have the services of Sumner, Quinton and Scruggs at the point next season. Opposing points won't stand a chance.

He is a scorer who drives amazingly.

Awesome get! Love Naji videos too as he looks amazing.
Actually, I believe in recruiting it was important for him to be considered a PG. Do they have blurred lines? Yes, but I think PG is his focus. He does need to improve his jumper, but the guy sounds like a stud and I'll let the team figure all this out.

The only way Sumner is on the team next year is if he get hurt or has a truly awful season. But Scruggs, Gooden, and Marshall back there will be absolutely fun.

    Isn't Marshall a 3 or 4?

No. He can play anywhere from a 1 to a 3 and maybe a 4 if you want to go small. He has no position really.

So I just watched him on some mix taped video's. I don't see a PG at all. Maybe spot duty if called upon. I also don't see a classic SG either. I really see a Justin Cage type player with better ball handling skills and better range. He looks like he'll be a great addition. I just don't see him at the 1 or 2.

Agree. My all time favorite player Cage was relentless and a all round team player.

“I know Naji (Marshall) well from AAU. We can build our chemistry together as a group and just perform on the court. I think we are a class that can get to the Final Four or win a national championship.”

No he won't play those positions (X really doesn't have positions anymore besides center) but he can play them.

Wondering if this is it for the '17 class. Looks like Sterling Manley is headed to NC.
