They can all play, in all sports,, effective immediately.
I believe the YIR Rule is all but dead. They could announce it as soon as the winter meetings. If not then, then definitely by the summer. It’s over. Transfers won’t have to sit out a year.

Which makes their previous decision to deny the Stanley waiver..... curious.
