ZFree and Bergen Catholic lost in a highly anticipated game vs NJ #1 Ranney. Zach played well with 12 pts and 10 boards but Villanova commit Bryan Antoine dominated with a game high 26......gonna see a lot of him in the coming years!President of the Eddie Johnson Fan Club

That happened weeks ago (see page 3 of this thread).
Here are the current statewide KY stats. He is 7th in the state in scoring....he goes to the line A LOT and makes them when he gets there. I think he made 38 of 40 recently. That is always nice to see!

Allen and Johnson? Based off Allen’s season before getting hurt, still think he should get recognized.

Bergen and Freemantle dropped it’s second consecutive game against another NJ powerhouse....this time Don Bosco. However Zach came up big in the loss with a game high 19. Can’t wait to see him in the fall!!

Dwon Odom continues to torch the competition. Looking at his stats, he is a much different type player than Tandy or Bishop. His scoring is on par with them BUT he doesn’t shoot much from distance. Only 8 made 3’s in 28 attempts, so he must be one helluva slasher. Shoots a ridiculous 74% on his 2 pointers! The numbers indicate he is a TRUE PG, as his AST/TO ratio is outstanding. He rebounds the ball at a surprising clip and gets a lot of steals. This tells me that he is very quick/athletic with a high motor.
Hard to believe he has another year of HS ball left to go assuming he doesn’t re-classify as was rumored. I know very little about St. Francis other than it’s a private school and have no idea what the competition is like, but if he doesn’t end up at X in the fall a high profile prep school could be a possibility....Either way, the last word any of us want to hear is “de-commits”.Last edited by Xuperman; 01-21-2019 at 04:33 AM.
