I would say “predictable” comments. The immediate transfer rules and paying players was ALWAYS going to lead to this. Some of us saw it coming, other have to hear it on 60 minutes.

Bobby Hurley will most likely be fired after losing in the B12 tourney. He has 1 year left on his deal, a new AD, and an announced renovation to their facilities. ASU is prime to hire a new coach. I asked a friend of mine (Jersey guy) whether Dan would hire Bobby as an assistant, but he told me no way he wants that headache. The Hurleys have a bad reputation in their home state.

Even if what Hurley said is true, it’s hardly an indictment on what’s happening. He has 13 guys on his roster, about 10 are eligible to come back and mcneeley is headed to the nba so basically 9 dudes left. So 4-5 guys? He’s got one of the best classes in the country coming in, so some of these guys see the writing on the wall. Just more hyperbole from hurley
