I have a deal. The Government can keep my $5000 in exchange for politicians in prison.

Not really, just those that blame the issues of this country all on one side of the aisle on either side. It's in abundance on this thread.

Maybe you should read the room...

MID nailed it. Then you come back with one of your patented non-sequiturs....
When they say, “We must protect our democracy,” switch the word “democracy” to “bureaucracy”, and it will all make sense.

So weird you would agree with him. Last thing, your opinion doesn't matter to me.

Someone want to tell Mike Pence that invasion and start are not the same thing?
I would, but it seems like he already knows that, because he calls it an "unprovoked" invasion. If there was provocation, that would perhaps have been the "start".

If you're not protecting speech you hate, you're not protecting free speech.

If there is no provocation, and you invade...I would think you started it.

Seems right to me. If that's the case.

I can see that side of it, I can. And to Brew's point who decides what is hate speech and what isn't which is a slippery slope. However, are there not universal things that sane people would deem as hate speech where a line can be drawn? I'm talking about instances like the examples you gave earlier.
