Among all the right and proper reasons, I'm enjoying the fact that we landed a 4-star recruit from .... Dayton, Ohio. The many crushed watermelons outside all the Kroger stores in Dayton right now will be a mess to clean up.

As a Xavier fan who migrated from Warren County to suburban Dayton in high school, I can assure you that recruiting misses like this barely register anymore with most UD fans. They’ve long grown accustomed to losing out on high profile local recruits.
