MOR said trump had made the border more secure, implying that he had done better than previous administrations in that regard. That research along with Cato suggested that wasn’t true.

The border has been a mess since the Ds didn’t build the wall they promised in the 80s. It was the first amnesty bill. Reagan trusted the Ds and made a deal for the wall. He never trusted them again.
