Anyone see the clips of Biden's interview with Anderson Cooper? Biden can't even answer a question without reading it off a script. It was painful to watch. So slow and out of it. No way that guy is mentally competent to serve as president. If he win's, God forbid, no way he finishes his first term. He'll be drooling at the podium by the end of his first year.
