Though Martin's situation could be ok in the end, I share Mack's sentiment that I'm not optimistic because of Xavier's history with similar situations. It seems like in every "close" case, our guys are given the shaft.

It sounds like it'll be a Lyons situation where he doesn't lose a year of eligibility, and not a Posey situtation where he only has 3 years of eligibilty?
