I’m curious if anyone actually still wears one.

I had to wear one to visit my mother in the hospital or nursing facility the last couple months. It was mandatory. It’s the only place I’ve worn one in forever, but they insist.

I do see people wearing them randomly, but I’m not sure why. I was never a guy to wipe down my cart at the grocery store. Give your immune system a workout, like going to the gym.

No, because if I get it, I get it at this point. For me who has no co-morbidities, am vaxxed etc. At this point, if I get it , it would suck because I hate being sick but I'll be fine. So, I'll take the risk of not wearing a mask vs getting sick just like I do with other diseases. That doesn't have anything to do with what I said though.

What about wearing the mask for others? What kind of yarn you got for that?

That’s interesting. Where are you? It varies so much by region. Not only did we have to wear a mask, but only one person was allowed in to visit, and it was supposed to be the same person for a day. I couldn’t go in, then have my wife take my place.

I think something SOME people are losing track of is that this is an evolving situation. I was for being cautious early on. As we learn more, and as the virus evolves and becomes less lethal, it only makes sense to change your thinking and behavior to evolve as well. Thinking people adapt as the circumstances change.

Me, paul, the entire medical community, common sense logical people, but ya know...sure. Most people outside of your extreme spectrum understands that masks work to a certain degree and is less or more effective depending on the particular mask.

I think the lockdowns were ridiculous.. hope that never happens again. The masks I don’t see as “freaking out.”
