“When I was hired I thought there are three areas we need to tackle and tackle immediately,” said Moore. “Number one was our current team and developing them as women and developing as students and as players.
“Number two was recruiting. Recruit. Recruit. Recruit. We need to build a fence around the state of Ohio and not let the best talent in the state leave. We need them to come to Xavier.
“Number three: alumni relations. We need all those former players that hung all those banners in Cintas Center back and to feel part of it again.”

Sounds good to me. I'm actually excited to go to a few women's games this year and see what the team is like.

I like it. The women’s program was inexplicably left to flounder for way too long
