Leonid & Friends do a great job covering Chicago!

Golf is a relatively simple game, played by reasonably intelligent people, stupidly.

That is such a close call. Disturbed did it justice. Similar, Bad Wolves does a great job with “Zombie” originally by the Cranberries.

At last!! The season has started. How great did Travis Steele's new team look today (against Oakland)? Wow. What a crazy year 2020 has been. This is not exactly a cover, but definitely an example of how awesome our country is (and it's impact on the rest of the world). Happy Thanksgiving to all. Be safe and healthy.

Hall and Oates - I Can't Go For That:

Tom Jones has done some pretty good covers lately, including Burning Down the House with the lead singer from The Cardigans, but I kind of like this one best.

Also, had no idea Midnight Train to Georgia (one of the best pop songs ever) was a remake. It was originally a country song called Midnight Plane to Houston, then changed to the current title and sung by Whitney Houston's mother, Cissy, before Gladys Knight and the Pips made it a classic.

Agree! I found Nikki Bluhm and the Gramblers a few years back. Check the "hit me with your best shot" video.

Another version of the Hall and Oates Classic

Quite a list of covers and very talented. I've even dug into the Phil Collins/Genesis covers. Thanks for the post!

Not necessarily better than the original by the great Glen Campbell, but what an interesting, out-of-left field cover of Wichita Lineman by Black Pumas:

"We sleep safe in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm."

Dave Edmunds cover of Elvis Costello’s Girls Talk is better than the original by far.

Sorry but strongly disagree with this. Wasn’t Edmunds the producer for the original song?
