    That's a little confusing, as the award is for the individual, not the team he happened to play on.

    Supposedly it's a way of keeping from someone who was merely stat padding in the Hall of Fame, but it's been universally accepted that Steve Thomas had put up ridiculous numbers in a different era. Without him Xavier would have been abysmally bad at that time.

    It's Xavier's rule so they can make an exception if they want. Perhaps they will at some point, but it may take the efforts of those who saw him play to get it done
    We've come a long way since my bench seat at the Fieldhouse!
