    Maybe Wake finally hung enough NIT banners to realize that scheduling games like these will help them make the real tournament next season.

    Coincidentally, the new downtown baseball field here in Spartanburg, which will open next year, is Fifth Third Park.
    The bank is expanding into the South, and has one small branch here in the city. They decided to invest in the city with naming rights.
    We'll have minor league baseball back in the city next year...the Hub City Spartanburgers. (not sure about this name at all.)
