Found out that Weathers passed away today - far and away his most notable role was Apollo Creed in the Rocky movie series. He was also "Chubbs" from Happy Gilmore and I believe also had a role in The Mandalorian.

He has a SuperBowl commercial with Gronk . I read where they are reworking it a bit in light of his passing.
