Former footballer and NFL star Steve Junker has passed away. Before my time at Xavier, I had heard and read about him. The obituary details just how good of a player he was in college and in the NFL (losing rookie of the year accolades to one, Jim Brown). Never met him but by by all accounts, he as a very decent man. Condolences to his family.
