Hate to jinx it, but UConn is getting a bit murdery in the championship game of the Norman Regional. Up 7-0 on Oklahoma heading to the 9th.

That's their third trip to the Super Regional round under Jim Penders. The big surprise last weekend was Evansville getting a trip to the Supers as well. Too bad they're about to run into #1 Tennessee this weekend.

Missed this last week - Nolan Hughes was drafted in the 16th round by the Washington Nationals. Didn't always have the best control out of the bullpen, but he had a pretty high velocity (mid to upper-90s MPH) on his fastball. Hope he's able to move up the chain quickly.
