In BOTH the Big East Tournament and NCAA Tournament.
Well, quarterfinal upset in the case of MSG.

Marquette at Creighton, no Kolek no Ighodaro, no dice! Blue Jays are closing out a win on a 12-2 run. Creighton is looking like a second weekend tourney team.

Boy does this epitomize DePaul’s season. Guy checks into the game only to have ref tell him to take off his warm-up jacket/top. Next play, player throws basketball at someone who was running to scorers table to check in. Brutal

Not really. Nova has two big games this week. Win one and they are probably in. Both are quad 1 opps, plus the be tourney. As for providence, who knew that in November, Hopkins would be out for the year? The season is a long ride!
Five, with an outside chance at six be teams in. Average year.Last edited by Xville; 03-04-2024 at 06:20 AM.

Of the 8 remaining games these bubble teams play, 1 is head to head, 4 are against GT & DePaul, and 2 are against UConn & Creighton. Any loss to GT or DePaul is fatal, but also any win is worthless. I wouldn’t want my seasons to come down to needing to beat UConn or CU.
SHU vs Nova may just be an elimination game.
There are only 3 BE teams squarely in right now. Of the 4 remaining bubble teams, 2 are currently slated for Dayton and 2 are among the last 4 out.
This is non “average” at all. This is horrible. I’d say there is a higher chance we see 4 BE teams than it is that we see 6.
