Do you remember Russia Gate? What happened there? Again, you libs shouldn't jump to conclusions - a lot of the comments on this thread aren't going to age well...

The one where Mueller said Trump was likely guilty of obstruction, but didn't want to advance against a sitting president?

The Mueller report did NOT say "Trump was likely guilty of obstruction"...another liberal falsehood.

From the report: "have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel's investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense."

You do know how Russiagate started, don't you? The whole "Steele dossier"...which has been thoroughly and wholly debunked, and also led to one of Hillary Clinton's lawyers being indicted for lying to the FBI.

Hillary's campaign PAID for the 1000% false dossier and then pushed it onto the media, who in turn ran with it. The FEC fined Clinton's campaign and the DNC over that ridiculous document.

I trust that you do know how that indictment of the "Clinton lawyer" worked out, don't you? Here's a link: https://www.cnn.com/2022/05/31/polit...ict/index.html.

The investigation into possible ties between the Trump campaign and Russia did not begin with the Steele dossier.
It began because a member of the Trump campaign made comments to Australian diplomats that indicated a connection, causing the FBI to interview the Australian ambassador. Please try and keep these facts straight.
It was kept quiet until after the election, so as to not influence the election...unlike comments about Clinton.

These responses in the face of facts keep getting more hilarious.
Hey Paul. If Trump committed a crime or “treason” with Russia why the hell isn’t he in jail already or being prosecuted by Garland?
    Answer: Because nothing exists.
Stop your clownish defense of the false. And the NYT is totally reliable. The paper that submits Op/Eds to Chuck Schumer for approval before publishing them.

LOL...think about that statement. You don't get to choose what you think is personal in regards to an investigation.

The investigation was opened before the dossier, and kept secret so as to not hurt Trump's chances until after the election.

"The Democrats don't matter," Bannon told Lewis. "The real opposition is the media. And the way to deal with them is to flood the zone with shit."
Follow the Bannon playbook, even today:
