i wish it was 20 years ago i would love to run a college court for $1000 for a weekend with players taking it easy on me. I remember people going to spring training to do something similar but never heard of it for basketball.

This is a pure money grab. No coach wants more alumni dipping into practices, locker rooms, staff meetings, recruiting visits, etc. Originally Posted by xudash

It has probably always gone on to some degree. I know if I were a coach of a special team, I would be creeped out by a bunch of old men fans hanging out in the locker room or gabbing with my freshmen.
