A good level for him to show his worth. Honestly he looked great at Hampton, got a couple of double figure games in short minutes against Creighton and Seton Hall and i thought he was on his way to split time with Carter until incidental contact at St Johns ended his season and effectively his career. A damn shame..not a world beater with his height but could have been a bucket getter when we were not getting many last year(2020-21). Wish him the best of luck and seemed like a good locker room guy and grateful for opportunities

Really the kind of player we could have used last year. Another misused talent? I hope he goes on to confirm that.

Anyone else noticed Ben was at the Reds’ game with Jones, Nunge and Freemantle. I thought he was ODU bound and once he announced he was transferring I imagined he would be gone by now.

Is the school year over yet? I would aasume the transfers need to hang in until the end of the semester.

Xavier always goes to the NCAA tournament...Projecting anything less than that this season feels like folly--Eamonn Brennan, ESPN (Summer Shootaround, 2012)

Someone posted on another thread "we could use him"......that's an understatement. Considering the current lack of frontcourt depth, Ben would be a key rotation guy.
