    Bengals 2022

Signed Cappa, Karras and Collins to protect Joey B. What do they need in Draft?

The weakest starter is probably still on the o line. But they need depth at a bunch of positions

Not a Bengals fan, but have looked at tons of mock drafts and it seems CB is a popular pick for the Bengals in Rd 1. That seem right?

Yup. Right now, Eli Apple is your CB#3 and your 2nd outside CB (Awuzie is CB #1 and Hilton is CB #2 and plays the slot). Not sure you feel comfortable with Apple as your #3 - especially if there are injuries to the to top 2. You gotta bring someone else in to at least challenge him and provide depth. I hope they address the CB position early in the draft.

The Bengals could also use a safety since Bates and Bell will both be free agents next year.

A TE in the 3rd or 4th round would be nice.

Also, you can never have enough help on the OL and DL.

I mentioned in another thread that I saw a mock with the Bengals taking Ridder at 26. Had to laugh.

That is actually the Lions making that pick. The Cincinnati is Ridder's college team.

The mock drafter though, mistakenly lists pick 31 as the Titans (he actually had them trade back to the Lions spot) but I think pick #31 he meant to put Bengals who he has taking a CB.

It is interesting, for as stacked as the AFC seems now, this list has 4 of the top 6 teams from the NFC.

Now the next 5 teams listed all come from the AFC, so 7 of the top 11 are from the AFC.

They will trade back if another team is willing. If not,

    1. DT Wyatt (Georgia)
    2. Edge Karlaftis (Purdue)
    3. CB Booth (Clemson)
    4. DT Hall (Houston)
    5. DB one out of Gordon/Elam/Hill
