It was announced today that Xavier Head Men’s Soccer Coach Andy Fleming is stepping away by his own choice after 12 years.
Andy has done a fantastic job building Xavier into a damn good Soccer school. He will be missed.
Greg Christopher had better get this selection correct.
This is big for the success of a fall program that students have fallen in love with.
Good luck to all!

I read the presser a little bit differently. Sort of sounded like he was leaving his dream job and it was a "mutual" decision. You know how those happen.
Regardless, a big loss for Xavier soccer. Good luck to Andy and his family!

The way I read it is that he’s just burnt out and needs a long break. Wants to spend more time with his family and loving life. Good for him.
Thanks coach, you’ve been great for the soccer program and for X.
