It would be nice if Georgetown waited another week before putting an ass-kicking on UConn. They're pounding the Huskies and will be in the best position for the 4th and final bid.

Xavier has a 5-3 lead in the 4th today, and St. John's just made a call to the pen to bring in Dr. Fauci. Well, someone named Fauci at least. 10.20 ERA in 15 IP for the Johnnies this year, so about as effective as the good doctor!
Oh man, he promptly induced Xavier's best hitter to hit into an inning ending double play. My bad!Last edited by GoMuskies; 05-20-2022 at 01:31 PM.

St. John's can't wait to get to Montgomery Inn for dinner. Trevor Olson has now thrown 4 innings of shutout relief on just 40 pitches.

Don't look now, but Georgetown has back-to- back wins against UConn and has now clinched the #4 seed for Prasco.

Remind me, is the conference tourney a double or single elimination?
