That time frame would lead to a hearing the week before the Final Four. NCAA makes Congress seem speedy.

Miller said he didn't "knowingly" do anything wrong. So everything should be fine.

One question though- in light of the evidence, what took the NCAA so long?

I think Arizona administration has already determined that they will move forward without Miller. He has one more year remaining on his contract after this year. They modified the language in his current contract and they can now terminate (with cause) without compensation. He's gone one way or the other after the 21-22 season.

Despite all of his success there, he's never been to a final four. As a result, I think a lot of their fans would like him to move on. High expectations.

Here is a recent article about Book Richardson where he said he contemplated suicide. He is not cooperating with the NCAA. https://www.nydailynews.com/sports/c...outputType=amp

And that is the most damning aspect there could be.
