So-so tourney for Jason. 2 good rounds, 2 not so good.

Dunno why he struggled so much on two of the days. It’s a resort course that for these guys is extremely easy. I know today the wind was up a bit but even still.

And the two rounds where he struggled were a 71 and a 72. How crazy is that??

Winner averaged -5 for four rounds. Everybody but one was under par for the tourney.

Jason teeing it up this week at Torrey Pines. 1:30 on the North course starting tomorrow. Anyone here played that one?

I played Torrey Pines at a bachelor party 10 years ago. I remember the front 9 but the back is a blur, then “took a nap” on the beach below the course. I vowed to get back to the west coast and play there again, make the trip to Pebble/Spyglass etc. but have yet to do that.

Yes. Back in the 80's. Played both courses, actually. La Jolla is a beautiful part of this planet.
