As of today, Big East basketball is now at 11 teams with the official return of UConn to the league. I think It’s a good addition, and will add to the profile for the league. I see Zero reason to expand further and hope the league is now complete.

Xavier is now in a conference with teams that won 6 of the last 21 national championships. That's a long way from the MCC.
(And 10 of the last 20 women's national titles for good measure)Last edited by GoMuskies; 07-01-2020 at 09:04 AM.

No more expansion needed....
Unless and until Notre Dame decides to end their BS association with The ACC and want to join.

Just saw a story about UConn opting to cancel their football season this year. That doesn’t bode well for basketball.
Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkGolf is a relatively simple game, played by reasonably intelligent people, stupidly.

Maybe they will be smart and just continue to have football canceled for the rest of time.....
We've come a long way since my bench seat at the Fieldhouse!

I wonder if UCONN football will ever play another season. It almost feels like they've dumped too much into it to give it up.
"He's a little bit ball-dominant, he needs to have the ball in his hands, and he's not a good shooter." Ball-dominant … isn't that a nice way of calling someone a ball hog? Where is my Jay Bilas Thesaurus?
