Ha, of course DePaul is threatening to pull a DePaul now that they finally have a chance to get into the top 25!

Looks like the DePaul magic is going to end.

Buffalo beats DePaul. It was pretty close at the end, and if DePaul had hit their free throws it might have been a different outcome. I'm kind of surprised their coach is only playing seven guys. That's a lot of minutes.

Terrible road loss for Seton Hall at Iowa State. This was a team that they just beat last Friday in a tournament. Not sure how that was scheduled.

First, Sandro Mamukelashvili went out in the first half with a broken wrist. The pirates couldn't shoot, overall. Powell had 19 points, and was the only SHU player to hit double figures. They allowed 20 turnovers and got outrebounded by a smaller team. They got a ton of fouls called on them, and ISU converted enough that that was the difference in the game.

Seton Hall was a three point underdog in that game for whatever it's worth. So certainly not an unexpected outcome.

Big loss for SH.....that's gonna have a long term impact. Likely at least 4-6 weeks

This was scheduled in advance as part of the Big East/Big 12 Battle - the Big East still has a 4-1 edge so far.

As for Mamukelashvili, the prognosis now is 6-10 weeks. That's at least half the Big East season right there.

Golf is a relatively simple game, played by reasonably intelligent people, stupidly.

    X over Seton Hall
    Creighton over Villanova
Providence over Butler. ALL UPSET ON THEIR HOME COURT

Damn if we held on against Marquette we would be in much better shape. I could not really tell you who the most talented team in the league is..I doubt it is X unless Tandy can continue
