Glad to see St. John's get a win over UMASS. They are doing some things, but still struggling from the three.

I think Nova ran out of steam against a really solid Baylor team.

Butler out rebounds Missouri and hits 90% free throws, which made all the difference when both teams shot about equally well.

    Tonight:
Butler vs. Stanford for the Hall of Fame Classic. Stanford is only slightly favored. Butler has been playing strong defense overall, so this game could be a toss up.

Depaul goes for it's seventh victory in a row against Central Michigan. This game could actually be a tight one. While CMU's defense isn't that strong, Depaul has a tendency to turn the ball over...a lot. Must be the new thing in the Big East.

Oregon seems to be the heavy favorite against Seton Hall. Really hoping everyone at the Hall is healthy and can win a big quad 1 victory. They were so close with MSU.

Kenpom has 9 BE teams in the top 63 (Depaul 63). Only St John’s is outside at 93. Conference play is going to be a b#*&h this year, but fun to watch.

Stanford isn’t slightly favored tonight. Butler is favored by 3.5.

Also, Seton Hall is only a 1.5 point dog to Oregon.

Impressive game for Butler with a one point win over Stanford, coming from behind in the second half. Baldwin hitting crazy good shots for 22 points.

Depaul beat Central Michigan in a gut check. Down by 18 points at halftime, they outscored CMU by 31 points in the second half. CMU was held to just 25 points in the second half.

What has happened to DePaul and Providence?

"He's a little bit ball-dominant, he needs to have the ball in his hands, and he's not a good shooter." Ball-dominant … isn't that a nice way of calling someone a ball hog? Where is my Jay Bilas Thesaurus?

And the Hoyas just laid an egg, losing to UNC Greensboro by 4. They had 2 or 3 shot clock violations and missed a dunk in the closing minutes of the game.

Golf is a relatively simple game, played by reasonably intelligent people, stupidly.
