Iowa is predicted to win by most. The two teams aren't that far apart statistically in many ways. Tighten up the defense and they might have a chance to upset.

No idea, but I'd take 4-4 and run right now if offered.

I think Depaul has a good shot to upset Iowa. I'd be comfortable picking them. After that it gets dicey. I'll take Creighton against Michigan and Butler over Minnesota. I'll take Nova over OSU, but Holtmann has a good track record against Nova. Wouldn't be surprised by an upset. Providence should slaughter Northwestern. Marquette and Purdue might be the best game. I'm gonna go with Purdue. Penn State and Georgetown should be bad basketball and I'm gonna take Penn State and Michigan State should cruise past Seton Hall without Powell.

I'm very confident that if Penn State wins at Georgetown and Purdue wins at Marquette that the Big East will come out of this with a losing record. To me, those are two must wins to get to 4-4.

I have no faith in Georgetown to win that game and I'm on the fence about Marquette. That's a toss up game.

Who do you think loses that I had winning?

I expect Creighton, DePaul and Seton Hall to lose. I like the other five BE squads to win, but I think we drop one of them (Villanova is my prime suspect).

Why so confident in Georgetown and Marquette?

Creighton and Michigan might be one of the best games. Michigan has struggled a little bit.
