True it usually is ugly....I'm just thinking with these non conference rivalries, college basketball could actually do something that would draw eyes to the sport outside of march.
Do a non-conference rivalry week in february once football is over to "introduce" the sport....
Missouri-Kansas
Cincinnati-Xavier
Louisville-Kentucky
Whatever other ones are relevant that I cant think of right now....
I know espn does rivalry week in february but it is usually just Duke-UNC and then a bunch of other games no one cares about.
I dunno...just spitballing here.

Louisville looks a lot better when they make a couple shots. Weird how that works.

Can't have any real fireworks unless it's a blowout.

Louisville choked it away at the foul line. 9 for 20.

Certainly don't feel bad for him. Just hate to see Kentucky fans happy.

Kentucky owns this series. The biggest difference today was that Kentucky’s freethrow defense was outstanding!

Meanwhile, UCLA just laid an egg at home to Cal State-Fullerton. The Titans improved to 4-10 with their win.
